Jamaican Tilapia Filets

Marinade
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 – Dale’s Sauce
2 TBS – Lemon Juice
1 tsp – Salt
1 TBS – Basil Leaves
1/2 tsp – Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp – Ginger

1. To make the marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Add fish filets and throughly coat both sides.  Refrigerate for about an hour.
2. Grill over direct heat… or pan fry in olive oil.
