In 2003 Dale’s Southern Grill opened in Hoover, Alabama. We’re a casual, not-too-fancy kind of place – just real food for real people. We’re family-owned and operated, serving passed-down family recipes and traditional southern favorites…a place that you can call your own.
The loyalty from our many guests and friends has gone far beyond what we could ever have imagined. Encouragement to open our second Dale’s seemed to come from everyone, so we opened our Vestavia Hills location in 2005, and Greystone opened in 2008.
The continued support has been phenomenal – Thank You to all of the friends that have been with us from the start, and to the new friends that have discovered us.
